Shipping Policy:

Zodica Perfumery is not responsible for the loss or damage to items that occurs after delivery by the carrier to you, such as lobby or porch theft. We are also not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to addresses entered incorrectly. We kindly ask you to check the order confirmation email and make sure everything is entered correctly.

Pickup Option:

All pickup orders are held at our main location located at 3003 Perry St, Madison, WI 53713. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

If you prefer to pick up at our retail store, please contact us at hello@zodicaperfumery.com. This will cause a delay as it will be dependent on when our staff will be transporting items between locations. Store hours are Wednesday through Friday, 12pm to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 12pm to 4pm.
