Return Policy
You can return any item once received, provided it is unused, unopened, in sellable condition and wasn’t purchased with a sale price or coupon code.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase from ZodicaPerfumery.com only. Items purchased from a Zodica retail partner will not be accepted. Samples & free gifts with purchase are not returnable. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US. 

For Returns:
Once your order is received, your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 2 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. For Returns, please contact kristi@zodicaperfumery.com.

For Exchanges:
Once your order is received, your exchange will be processed. Shipping cost is not included. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products. For Exchanges, please contact kristi@zodicaperfumery.com.

Shipping Policy:

Zodica Perfumery is not responsible for the loss or damage to items that occurs after delivery by the carrier to you, such as lobby or porch theft. We are also not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to addresses entered incorrectly. We kindly ask you to check the order confirmation email and make sure everything is entered correctly.
