Return Policy
At Zodica, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. That is why we offer an easy return process.

You can return any once received, provided it is unused, unopened, and in sellable condition.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase from ZodicaPerfumery.com only. Items purchased from a Zodica retail partner will not be accepted. Samples & free gifts with purchase are not returnable. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US. 

For Returns:
Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 2 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. For Returns, please contact kristi@zodicaperfumery.com.

For Exchanges:
Once your order is received, your exchange will be processed. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products. For Exchanges, please contact kristi@zodicaperfumery.com.
