Wholesale Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Zodica Perfumery, reseller agrees to the following terms and conditions which are subject to change without notice.


Opening order minimum is $200. Reorder minimum is $50. All major credit cards are accepted. Orders can be placed with your local sales rep or directly by calling 608-424-2222 or emailing hello@zodicaperfumery.com. All new resellers must be approved by Zodica and the local sales rep. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Minimum Advertised Price

As an authorized reseller of our product, you will only advertise products at or above the suggested retail price at all times and in all channels that you sell through. This includes all internet posted and hidden pricing on your website. Any violation will result in suspension of orders and shipments of Zodica product.

Amazon / 3rd Party Resale

Selling Zodica on 3rd party sites including but not limited to Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, etc. is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in suspension of orders and shipments of Zodica product.

Tester Policy

Testers are available at 1/2 wholesale cost. Orders must demonstrate need.


Orders are FOB Madison, WI. Shipping and handling costs are extra. Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. If standard ship date cannot be met, Zodica will notify customer and inform with expected ship date. Zodica will not accept shipping labels from reseller. Shipping is UPS Ground if shipment contains perfume. All other items will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground, whichever is more economical.

Returns / Damage / Shortage / Cancellations

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Please email hello@zodicaperfumery.com within five business days of receipt of any damages or shortages, and include photos of any damaged product and the shipping carton. Claims are not accepted after five days. Unauthorized returns will be returned freight collect. Please email cancellation requests to hello@zodicaperfumery.com. If order has been processed, order cannot be cancelled.


If merchandise is on backorder, Zodica will contact reseller with expected ship date. Zodica reserves the right to ship partial orders.


Territory protection is reviewed on a case by case basis and limited to our top 5% performing boutiques.

Resale Certificate

Resale certificate must be submitted.

Other Conditions

Products and prices are subject to change. Retail sales of our products must maintain a good standard of display and we reserve the right to close your account for non-observance of this.

Force Majeure

Zodica shall not be liable for any damages as a result of any delays caused by acts of God, fire, accident, strike, terrorism, delay in transportation, acts in compliance with applicable law, or any other causes beyond Zodica’s reasonable control.
