Love fragrance, people and creating a little magic? Zodica Perfumery is looking for outgoing, polished and—most importantly—reliable Scent Stylists to work rotating Saturday shifts at our Madison boutique.
More than a retail associate, you’ll help guests find their perfect perfume, lead our bespoke blending sessions and bring the Zodica experience to life. You may also appear in social content, ads and special events.
No perfume experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person.
You are:
- Reliable and professional
- Warm, outgoing and confident
- Comfortable leading groups
- A natural salesperson and storyteller
- Available at least two Saturdays per month
You’ll:
- Lead bespoke fragrance sessions
- Help guests discover and shop perfume
- Create exceptional guest experiences
- Ring up sales and keep the boutique beautiful
- Learn everything Zodica
Schedule
Must be able to work two Saturdays a month. There is typically one person working the store at a time so it's very important you are dependable and have reliable transportation to open and close the store.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk and/or hear for long periods of time.
- Occasional lifting up to 25lbs

Compensation:
- $20–$25/hour
- 3% Commission on personal sales
- Bonus for bespoke sessions

About Us
Zodica Perfumery is a national brand with their manufacturing facility based in Madison, WI. Zodica is a female-founded small business that creates a collection of 12 perfumes based on your zodiac sign. It was launched in 2016 after 3 years of development, two blind studies and multi-city market testing. Magically, about 80% of people like their zodiac sign.
Zodica Perfumery opened their flagship boutique in September 2024 located at 133 W Johnson St in the heart of Madison’s central business district off of State St. While their products are found in specialty retailers all across the country, this location is their only brand-owned store. The boutique aims to bring the brand to life in an experiential shopping experience. While they may sell perfume, they are really in the business of connecting people to themselves, to each other, and to something greater.
